Privacy Policy for Tailwind Aces

This Privacy Policy describes how Kostas Papageorgiou ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the Tailwind Aces mobile game (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows advertisements through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google.
- Data collected: Google may collect your device's advertising ID, your IP address (used to estimate your approximate location), basic device and app information (such as device model, operating system version and language), your interactions with ads (such as views and taps), and diagnostic information about ad performance.
- Purpose: To show ads in the App, measure how they perform, and prevent fraud. Where you have given consent, ads may be personalized. Advertising keeps the App free to play.
- Who processes it: This data is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Google explains how it uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Encryption: This data is encrypted in transit.
1.2 Your Consent Choices
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can review or change your choice at any time with the Privacy settings button in the App's main menu.
On any Android device you can also reset your advertising ID, delete it, or turn off ad personalization in your device settings (usually under Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
1.3 Data Stored on Your Device
The App saves a small amount of game data locally on your device using Android's "Shared Preferences":
- Data stored: Your best score and best stage, gold bars collected, planes you have unlocked or bought with in-game gold, your selected plane, and your sound and auto-fire settings.
- Purpose: To keep your progress and settings between play sessions.
- Storage: This data stays on your device and is never sent to us. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
2. Data Safety & Sharing
- No account required: You do not need to create an account or give any personal details to play.
- No data collected by us: We do not run servers and do not collect or store your personal data ourselves. The only data that leaves your device is what Google AdMob collects for advertising, as described above.
- No sale of data: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- No sensitive permissions: The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or precise location. It only uses internet access and the advertising ID, which are needed to show ads.
- No real-money purchases: Planes are unlocked with in-game gold or by playing. The App has no in-app purchases.
3. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will help remove it.
4. Your Rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, data protection laws (such as the GDPR) give you rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, you can:
- withdraw or change your ad consent with Privacy settings in the App;
- delete your locally saved game data by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it;
- manage data held by Google at myadcenter.google.com or through your Google account settings.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and they take effect when posted. Please review this page periodically.
